Important Notice

  • We Appreciate Truckers All Year Long!

While we're glad that professional truck drivers are recognized once a year "for their hard work and commitment in tackling one of our economy’s most demanding and important jobs" during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (NTDAW), we appreciate all year long the men and women who skillfully and sacrificially deliver goods safely, securely and on time.

Thanks for all you do, truckers! It is an honor to serve you.

  • Help Others In the Worldwide Trucking Community

From the beginning, Mike and Vicki Simons envisioned Truck-Drivers-Money-Saving-Tips.com as a clearinghouse of how professional truck drivers from around the world save money -- in order to help each other save money.

If every trucker contributed just one money saving tip or review on our site, imagine how the entire worldwide trucking community could benefit!

Please share the love through our site and on one of your social media accounts:

I like Truck-Drivers-Money-Saving-Tips.com and think you will, too!

  • Never Miss a Single Truckers' Savings Blog Post Again!

Our Truckers' Savings Blog page currently lists only the last 25 updates to our XML news feed. After a few days, what if there was an article you wanted to go back to? Not even our Twitter feed can help because old news cycles off as more recent news cycles on. But by subscribing to receive by email a list of the blog posts we make each day, you'll always be "in the know."

A September 10, 2014 article stated,

"A recent report in the New York Times backs him up: trucker pay is too low to lure the number of drivers the industry needs. ATA itself projects that there are 30,000 fewer drivers than the industry needs right now, 'a number on track to rise to 200,000 over the next decade' in part because inflation-adjusted driver pay has fallen by more than $2,000 per year over the past decade."

How does it feel to have lost more $20,000 in income over the last 10 years?

Wouldn't you like to more than make up for that loss?

You can start earning money during the time that you're not driving and not sleeping.

"Because truckers know that no trucker deserves to be stung financially".

School is back in session in most parts of North America. Be careful when you're driving in residential zones and near school buses. Also, be on your guard when driving around bicyclists, especially when making a right turn across one's path. Stay safe.
