It was distressing to read what was written in a December 7, 2020, article:

Truck drivers report 15 hour wait times at Ohio post offices.

The article stated:

Dozens of trucks lined up outside the facilities, with drivers saying that they were forced to wait for as many as 15 hours.

Regardless of the reason for the delay, having to wait to make deliveries or pick-ups is time you'll never get back.
