Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken (leftover or already cooked)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2-3 carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 teaspoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
Directions:
Place onions, garlic, carrots, celery and add 3 cups water and 3 cups chicken broth in a soup pot over medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes. Then add chicken and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
