I must say even though I am not a professional Driver my husband is and I am with him on the truck. I am his cook so I have had the pleasure of using this product. I can almost cook everything except the problem with the pans are not sturdy enough for my tastes.I can cook soup, bisquits and gravy, Hamburger, meatloaf and even meat balls as well as heating stuff up like left over pizza or whatever. The down side is when you get your pans at truckstops the paper in the center is glued down when you go to remove it the glue damages the pan. I try and get my pans at walmart as they do not cost as much and to me they are more sturdy.
