You’re talking on your cell phone and your call gets dropped. Argh! Call Capture cellular signal amplifier claims (depending on which product is used), to
“Extend your cellular phone’s range in your vehicle, home or office.”
We are particularly interested to know how it works for professional truck drivers, many of whom crisscross the USA regularly.
We have often been in places where cell phone reception is lacking.
For example, at the time this page was first written, the following image was screen captured of Verizon Wireless’s Coverage Locator map of some states in the mid-Atlantic area of the USA, showing Voice and Messaging coverage with a “pin” stuck in Charleston, WV.
The parts of the map with red are those that have digital coverage and the parts with white have no coverage.
While a closer view shows digital coverage for Voice and Messaging on most interstate routes, there is still plenty of white on the map.
Will Call Capture help in places like that?
We used to share products from Amazon.com, but those products have since been removed from their site.
