The cooler works great. We have made dozens of recipes from pasta to stuffed pork chops to boxed muffins.
The non stick is awesome. The only problem is the latch gets too hot and breaks. First I use elastic from a pair of pants, tied it inn a not and slipped it on. Then my husband drilled a small hole by each side of the handle and put a bungi cord. Tha 21st works well

I know that you know to which product you are referring for meal preparation, but you didn’t specifically state which product it is. Since you mentioned a “latch”, are you referring to a lunchbox style cooker?
