I think the resource you’re looking for is our Load Assignment Notebook Page — available through our Free Downloads page — which my husband Mike continually wrote out by hand in a spiral bound notebook and which I converted into a single sheet to be printed out.
If it doesn’t exactly meet your needs as is, perhaps you can customize it the way you like.
It is one of the many Free Downloads on our site.
