1 Bag of sausage crumbles
1 Containers of Southwestern Egg Beaters(replaces milk, salsa and chilis)
1 package of shredded cheese
Mix the first 3 ingredients together and cook for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook another 15-20 minutes until melted.

Thanks for the recipe, but our readers need a bit more information, like what to cook it in (dish and appliance) and the cooking temperature.
Based on what you submitted, it appears as though this recipe may need to be baked in an oven. Is there a way that it can be converted to cook in a crock pot or 12-volt lunch box style oven so that truckers can enjoy it in their trucks?
From what we understand about Egg Beaters, they have no yolks. Is there a reason why this product is preferable to whole eggs?
Also, does this dish need to be tested for doneness to make sure that the egg product is thoroughly cooked?
