Outstanding Service And Satisfaction With TVC

Services Review InvitationI have been a member of TVC for approximately 10 years on and off.

In 2004, I received a citation in NEW YORK 75 in a 55. TVC attorney got that ticket dismissed.

In 2008, I had a citation in MASSACHUSETTS 83 in a 65, a left lane restriction, and and a log book ticket. TVC got that citation and all of the violations completely dismissed.

DAT TruckersEdge - Most Loads. Best Rates. Serving Owner-Operators Since 1978. 10% off your first 12 months. New customers only.

In 2007, I received a citation in FLORIDA 67 in a 55. The attorney got me deferred adjudication, no points on my license, and the citation would be dismissed if I received no more violations within 30 days of the court date. I did have to pay a fine and court costs, but it did not go on my driving record.

I will be uploading copies of the citations and dismissal letters as soon as my computer is fixed. I am writing this on a borrowed computer and my scans are not available for upload at this time.

I know of a Keen transport driver that received an $8,955.00 overweight ticket because Keen ordered his oversize permit for the wrong date. The TVC attorney got that ticket reduced to $125.00 in fines and court costs. It saved the driver over $8,830.00 on the cost of the original ticket.

TVC has got great towing and road service. I have used them many times for dead battery and/or towing my vehicle.

My sister in law used them 4 or 5 times last year because she locked her keys in the car. Every time I have used them, I got a call back in about an hour to hour and a half, asking me if the locksmith or towing company had arrived, and if I was satisfied with their service.

They have a grocery coupon savings book that my wife and I use to save on groceries on a monthly basis. The grocery savings book saves you over $300.00 on name brand products that you actually pick from over 1000 products.

We have also used the dental, prescription, and vision discounts that are supplied as part of the TVC plan. The last two pair of glasses that my wife I I purchased from Sears vision saved us over $220.00 using the vision discounts.

I can’t say enough good things about TVC. I am sure that they are not a perfect company, but then, what company is. I don’t think that they could advertise that the win over 92% of their cases if it wasn’t true. They would be sued for false advertising.

The main reason I have TVC is because of the coverage of my legal expenses if I was ever involved in an accident and there was a fatality and I was criminally charged with that accident.

My insurance, as an owner operator, will not cover me or my family for one dime of my legal expenses. My insurance only cover civil claims such as property damage, medical expenses, and freight claims. It will cover nothing criminal. If something bad happens, I want to be covered so that I and my family don’t have an unexpected expense that there is no way that we could cover, with the cost of litigation today.

And the last thing I want to say about TVC, is they have a great rewards program. Just for maintaining my TVC membership, I am receiving rewards income just for being a TVC member. I know of drivers receiving over $600.00 per month that have been members for many years. I think protecting my license is well worth $12.00 per week to protect over 6 figures of gross revenue per year.

Response from Vicki:

Thank you, Paul, for a detailed and well written review of Truckers Voice in Court (TVC). Mike and I are glad that that service is working well for you.

It sounds like part of the service you are receiving from TVC has nothing to do with legal services, but if that is important to you and your home support team, so be it.

We would like to hear from other truckers on both the legal and non-legal services provided by TVC.

Please feel free to submit reviews on other things you have used as a professional truck driver, such as on
* products,
* services,
* truck parts or
* truck stops.

Thanks again.

We wish you safe travels and lots of money saving opportunities on the road.

Best regards,
Vicki Simons
