Convenient size and handy to reheat food. Would not purchase again. Unit must be closely monitored. Cord gets very hot within 3 minutes of operation. To heat food and NOT melt the cord you need to cycle on and off. I would call this dangerous. If you do purchase this oven, pull over and take a break while cooking. I was planning on plugging it in and heating food while driving so it would be ready when I stopped. This will quickly melt the power cord before your food is warm enough to eat.

Drivers, please be careful as you prepare meals in your trucks. The situation that this reviewer describes may be exactly what happened to the many Pot n Pop 12-volt hot pots that we used years ago, which kept burning out after a short period of time.
